The most important change in this automx2 release is the newly added
support for POP3 servers. This feature was sponsored by mediaBEAM GmbH

A smaller change is the new "prio" column in the server DB table. The
priority value is an integer, defaults to 10, and servers are selected
in ascending order. This means a server with prio 1 is returned before
those with prio >= 2. Note that MUAs *may* honor the server order, but
are not required to.
