LDAP backend and missing usetls

Hi,

next one:

If I forget to specify "usetls = true/false" when using the LDAP
backend, the following happens:

[Thu Mar 01 13:14:04 2012] [error] [client 212.201.XX.YY]
data.configure(): 'bool' object has no attribute 'lower'

Seems like the code is missing a hard coded default in case the option
is absent.
